Located on eleven hectares of land and only 4km from the Kempsey CBD, Kempsey Adventist School (KAS) boasts new, state-of-the-art facilities on its extensive rural campus. A large amount of school land is dedicated to student recreation. This space allows students to play and explore, learn and discover, create and be challenged, a place they feel safe and secure.

The purpose-built Pre-Kindy Room provides a vibrant and exciting learning environment that caters to the unique needs of little people. With speciality playground equipment, a large classroom and play areas, KAS Kids are able to explore and learn in a safe and secure setting. 

Architecturally designed, large, air-conditioned classrooms create energetic learning environments for students from Kindergarten to Year 12.  

The secondary campus has a well-equipped art room, a modern sized kitchen and large, light-filled science labs. The Industrial Technology facility us well-resourced and the Trade Training Centre offers students unique opportunities in Horticulture. A high-tech music and performing arts facility will provide students and staff with cutting-edge technology and effective work-spaces in the future.Currently, The Year 7 and 8 Transition block is being built which will mean students in Year 7 and 8 will have their own brand new, spacious, exciting learning spaces in mid-2015.

Our Learning Information Centre (LIC) is a spacious, modern and exciting learning space, where classes can be held or individual students can find a corner and read a book or play a game. A class set of Mac computers can assist in research and learning and the tutorial rooms are used by small groups and classes. 

Primary and secondary students have access to two fully networked computer labs, as well as an E-library with more than 100,000 full text resources.  The school has several sets of laptops and iPads, and all classrooms are equipped with smart-boards or data-projectors which allow students every opportunity to engage in technology-rich learning.  The one-on-one laptop policy provides all students in Years 11 and 12 a personal laptop to enhance their learning experience.  A wireless network provides staff and students with access to timely and valuable information no matter where they are on campus.
